We held a packed meeting on 12 July to kick-start the process of building a united campaign against the massive assault by the Con-Dem coalition on public sector jobs, workers' pay and conditions, and the services the public sector provides. This followed on from the budget day protest (for photos see June 22 Photos). |

Camden Trades Council represents trade unionists who live or work in the London Borough of Camden. It is one of many such trades councils in London. Whilst it is part of the Trades Union Congress, it is not simply a local branch of the TUC, but is an independent body whose policies are formulated by affiliated local union branches.

We meet every third Thursday of the Month at the Unite the Union HQ, 128 Theobalds Road, WC1X 8TN. Meetings begin at 7.00 pm and generally last until about 9.00 pm.
